Perfect and lovely location, just what we wanted next to Hartington, many attractions, and the fields. There was a bathtub in the private bathroom...

We had a fantastic time at the cottages! the location was so beautiful, offering stunning views from the garden and a short walk to a friendly village pub. the studio cottage was cozy and well-equipped, with a lovely kitchen and a comfortable bed. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the bottle of wine and excellent on-demand TV facilities. We would definitely stay again for a peaceful getaway.
There wasn't a village pub within walking distance, which would have been nice.

My recent stay at the cottages was absolutely delightful. The location was serene, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The cottage itself was cozy and warm, with hot water and good shower pressure. I especially loved the personal touches, like the book swap system and the complimentary biscuits and milk. The peaceful garden provided the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning. The host was friendly and helpful, even providing a bottle of wine upon arrival. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a quiet getaway or a base for exploring the beautiful walks in the area.
While the cottage had all the necessary amenities, the fridge was quite small for a self-catering accommodation, making it a bit challenging to store food. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have more shops nearby, as stocking up on groceries before arriving was necessary.

The accommodation was beautifully furnished, stylish, and spotlessly clean. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The views from the cottage were breathtaking and the surrounding countryside was truly picturesque. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the option to cook if needed. The owners were incredibly thoughtful and considerate, even leaving a card and cake for our wedding anniversary. I fell in love with this cozy cottage and felt right at home. There was a slight issue with the mini fridge, as it was quite small and didn't fit much. Additionally, the heating was controlled by the main cottage, and at times it got a bit cold.
